I’m a bilingual psychotherapist — also fluent in Spanish — who specializes in helping couples and individuals overcome their learning differences so that they can better manage workplace challenges, relationships, and the complexities of everyday life.
I received my certification in psycho-dynamic psychotherapy from the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy. I’m also a graduate of the Ackerman Institute for the Family in its couples and family therapy training program .
My initial interest in psychotherapy stemmed from my international experience providing trauma relief to victims of the Salvadoran Civil War and Chilean dictatorship.
I also have experience providing culturally competent individual, couple, and family psychotherapy to Spanish speaking clients of all ages.
My office is located in Teaneck, New Jersey, approximately 15 miles from Manhattan. I also offer online services via DOXY, a secure online portal. Please feel free to review my website for any information that interests you.
